: The door code worked but the elevator key wasn't where I was told it would be. There was no lockbox at all, and we searched the condo and finally found the key where someone had left it. Not very easy to get all our stuff in the condo. They also only provided one elevator key which is inconvenient when there are 4 people in the condo.
: The condo should have been clean before our arrival. There should not have been dried food on the living room walls and kitchen counters. There should not have been crumbs in the chair and couch cushions nor sand all over the floors. The dryer vent was so full of old lint that it had spilled out of the filter and into the dryer. It was simply appalling! See the photos.

: Location, fast internet that's about the only positive thing
: The cleaning crew did a very poor job on turning it over. Counters, tables, floors, bathroom floors were very dirty. One of the maids left a half bag of open twizzlers. Dirty towels were left on the floor. Crusty red stains on sheets. No trash bags.

: Close to the beach - great access. Private parking, assigned spots were great.

: Parking was convenient. Overall it was comfortable as a rental property can be.
: 10 digit entry code,had to use key in lock box. Gritty unmopped floors. Backless chairs to sit on for eating meals. Oven that would only go to 445 degrees when set at 450 degrees, didnt stop preheating and start baking. Obviously cleaning crew before we arrived did a quick sweep of floors and probably concentrated on kitchen,bath,bedrooms. Im not there too watch tv much,but when a room has one,it should work. Maybe an explanation sheet or two to guide renters how condo functions would help.
