  : Nothing to like about this hotel. Parking is terrible they say extra parking is one street back it's one street back and two over from the hotel with minimal spots. The parking lot was filled with random people sitting in it. You almost have to pay for the reserved parking. Additional fees to check in early. The balcony lights don't go off. Shower leaked. Shower door was broken. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival candy found on the carpet from the last guest. They provided no housekeeping the four days of our stay. Had to ask for clean linens and toilet paper each day. Cleaning is not a priority at all! It's soooo loud you can hear every room on your floor. Made multiple complaints about noise even tried to get a different room and hotelstaff said they didn't have one equivalent, offered to take a down graded room but wss told we would not be refunded for price difference! Policy says no smoking or vaping even on balconies however both rooms beside us were hotel staff notified and nothing was done about it. AC doesn't cool AT ALL! Also one elevator for the whole building it's easier to just take the stairs bc you have to wait for the elevator for so long. Music from restraunts down below doesn't turn off, hope you enjoy the same 3 pounding songs on repeat because you can hear them in the room with balcony door shut. Rooftop pool is nice if your the only person in it, it's very small. Hotel was definitely not worth the price.

  : Mold in between the connecting doors between the two rooms 509/510. There was fuzz on the doors, we cleaned ourselves.

  : Great spot. We loved the full-size table on the balcony. Great for people watching or enjoying morning coffee.
  : There was only one very slow elevator for a six floor building. They need a second elevator. Parking was a bit of a hassle. The lot is several blocks from the actual hotel, so loading and unloading is a bit cumbersome.

  : Only good thing was the location of the hotel on the boardwalk
  : Listing on booking.com was not accurate. I booked an ocean view and it was not. The hotel said this was booking.com’s fault and they could not do anything. Parking is really far away from the hotel. Elevator was right across from our room and it was extremely slow, so there was always people outside our door yelling and talking waiting for the elevator. Pools were gross and not maintained. A wet, dirty towel was holding one of pools doors open. We used the stairs instead of the slow elevator and it always smelled liked weed and was dirty. Our key cards didn’t work so we had to go back down and get them fixed. Really no amenities. For the price we paid it was not worth it. A lot nicer places for the same price. And will definitely not book through booking.com because of inaccurate descriptions.
