  : Location was perfect for family.
  : The bed could of been a bit softer, we had rain so the upgrade the bedroom tv to a smart TVs would be nice as well

  : The only thing we liked about the property was the location. It was a block off the beach. It was also close to north side park.
  : I dont think it was cleaned. The two rugs on the bathroom floor were very soiled The tub is beyond repair. The bottom of the tub is permanently stained with large dark spots. The bed was very uncomfortable. It also squeezed loudly with the smallest of movement. The couch was small and uncomfortable. It felt like you were sitting on the support boards. You also heard all of the neighbors above walking, talking etc. I didnt know you could upload photos or I would have taken some to share.

  : -Redawning was helpful in addressing questions -Holiday Real Estate made the check-in and check-out very easy -It's one block from the beach
  : -Fees were not as transparent as they could have been; all additional estimated fees should be told up front or at least a percentage should be given to give people a better idea of what they will actually be paying. -For the cleaning fee, I expected a better cleaned property. The floors still had some visible debris and were very dusty/dirty to the foot. There was an ant infestation and upon searching, we found it was due to a half-eaten cookie that was left underneath the pull-out couch by a previous tenant. The pillows seemed a bit dingy as well. -The bed was SO uncomfortable and quite small. My husband and I left our trip in quite a lot of pain due to the uncomfortable mattress; the point was to relax in comfort. -There should be more photos of the space. I wasn't expecting the bed to be that small. -The smart TV is all but useless. We hardly found any channels/shows we didn't need a subscription for (a channel guide would have been quite useful) and if we wanted to watch anything else like Netflix or Hulu, we had to sign in to our account. If we hadn't brought a laptop and HDMI, our downtime in the room would not have been great. -(personal preference, but it's much farther from the boardwalk than we thought)
