  : We have tried emailing, calling, messaging and visiting the front desk numerous times and got no resolution they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager or get their contact info. Our stay was a nightmare. It was glorified storage closet. The toilet didn't flush without taking the back of the toilet off, the tub did not drain and the temp adjuster was broken. There was one foot of space around the bed to walk that's it, the bed was about 3 feet in the air, hard super hard bed, the key cards kept deactivating and walking up the steps multiple times to get into your room and across parking lots to get it fixed was less than ideal, the ants oh the ants were everywhere in the room, we had to pay to park at the hotel and then there was no parking spaces so you were constantly fighting or just not having a space to park after paying. No clean linens were given to us. When we checked in there was 2 wash clothes and 2 towels not even a hand towel. When you try calling the number on the website it doesn't take you to the hotel it takes you to an automated thing saying enter to win. When we complained or asked about another room the only thing they could say is another $67 for a different room or they couldn't do anything. The staff was nice but it was a disaster. Being a holiday week we booked this room in advance and couldn't find anything else. So we were stuck it ruined our vacation. Booking did nothing to help except convey our message and have the hotel tell us we can have 10% off our next stay as if I would ever go back.

  : The beds were comfy.
  : There was hair and sand everywhere. Bathroom floor was soaking wet. No outside lights. The motel was very run down. Being at the beach and a resort town I would expect what I paid for the room to be in better condition and clean. There was a fee to park and a $100.00 hold placed on my card for incidentals that was never disclosed until I got to the hotel. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

  : For the price there was no breakfast no complementary items no closets no iron no blow dryer. No where to hang your went items from the beach or pool. No kitchenette. Definitely not a family orientated motel but something to grab as a last minute resort.

  : I did like the bathroom in our room. You can definitely tell the the room had just gotten renovated.
  : Where do I begin? I gave you guys 400. Some odd dollars. You waited to tell me after I booked the hotel weeks in advance. You waited until the day of before. I got there to send me an email letting me know that there’s $100 deposit that has to be or it’s a incidental fee which is fine but I felt like you should’ve included that into the price I already gave you and then you shouldn’t wait until day of to let me know about that even though it is refundable.When we checked in for extra $10 I paid so we could have guaranteed parking. There was no guaranteed parking because if I have a pass, that means that I should be able to park in the parking lot so when I came back, there was no parking spaces and I had to keep driving around until somebody else left. What was the point of me giving you the extra $10 ?Us in understand that he’s not from here and I think it’s really cool that you guys bring people from somewhere else into work with you guys for the summer however, you need to make sure that they understand certain things because we got out of the pool and we went to our room and turned our AC off and turned it to heat as soon as we turned it to heat something started to burn and a light came on stating that the filter needed to be changed. There’s a piece of paper in the mirror of our room that states that this is our housekeeper and that if we need any sort of housekeeping to let the front desk know so we went downstairs to the front desk the same guy that checked us in I told him that the filter needed to be changed in our AC and we turned on the heat and he said OK. He acted like he understood and told me that someone would be up to fix it, he didn’t specify that so I sent my partner down to get another towel to the guy and he’s telling the guy again the guy is not understanding so my partner had to point the AC unit that was in the lobby and explain to him and the guy responds with “why are you using the heat?

  : Worst hotel ever if you like bloody sheets, mold and a leaking ceiling and missing a shower head and lots of dirt this is the place for you
