  : Air conditioner, streaming services. There's an old stove that we didn't use, plus a refrigerator, if you need that. A few blocks from the boardwalk. The man at the front desk seemed nice.
  : Trash under sofa and bedroom table; ants, spiders, and flies in the living room; musty smell; no towels, blankets, or extra pillows (one per person); rickety sofa bed that folded up when we sat on it; broken lamp, very wobbly ceiling fan; no outlets in bathroom or bedroom; dirty old bucket half full of cigarette butts by front door; hole in the kitchen wall; awful looking renovations (painted over wallpaper, badly boarded up window between the entry and bedroom, random hooks here and there that didn't match); back door is a storm door with a lock that wouldn't keep anyone out; the stove is in the way of the sink; and most if not all of the blinds and shades are broken.

  : Apt was old Things were broken in the Apt Furniture / decor was dated Neighbors partying until 5am outside! Shower was hard to use, very old Keypad on door..was awful/intermittent locking your possessions/ loose, not secured to the door No privacy See through window treatments Just old/dirty/dated Really...really...disappointing!
