  : We had a fantastic stay here over Labor Day Weekend! We were looking for something affordable for just the two of us, and man did this rental over-deliver. The management company handling the rental, Holiday Realty, was extremely communicative throughout the entire rental process. We were able to pick up keys late from a drop box. We were also incredibly impressed with the comfort and furnishings of the apartment. The balcony was such a plus, we could even see a bit of the ocean over the dune. The proximity to the beach was obviously the biggest perk, but we were really impressed with the quiet location, the building with its community-like atmosphere, the parking situation, and the cleanliness and comfort of the room itself. Will absolutely be booking here again!

  : Well, there was not much of a ocean view, for the money I paid, I think ocean view should be removed from the advertisement.
