  : We had a great stay here in August. The staff really went out of their way to help us when booking.com had messed up and we had paid much more than necessary. Our room was situated in the clubhouse and was much bigger than we had anticipated and part of the room actually had light blocking blinds. Spa facilities were absolutely great and luxurious. The outside grounds were lovely as well. It also has a minigolf course which was very outdated when were their, so they let us play free of charge.
  : The location where the hotel was situated did not have much points of interest nearby. You'd have to drive for at least thirty minutes to get to somewhere interesting.

  : Nice & clean apartment. The cleopatra spa session, massage & sauna is very recommendable if you want to relax yourself. Romantic with attention to detail. The breakfast is not anymore in the entrance building which makes it more comfortable, now you just go down and enjoy the breakfast in the palace itself. The buffet is bigger than it was. The palace has much more potential than it shows now.
  : During winter time the air is full of smog, so that being in the apartment you need to close the windows and it gets really warm. Nothing the Palace can do about, but you will not rest fully or sleep the whole night. The restaurant is the weak part of the whole. Long waiting times, waitresses do not have attention to detail ( not bringing tissues, forks...), food is not really good. The kitchen should focus on traditional dishes and leave the burgers to the specialized restaurants... .

  : There was a strange smell in one of our rooms (number 9) and water wasn't warm enough.

  : I was expecting an old vibe for the room , that follow the aesthetics of the building itself. the room was just ikea store bedroom. tv place where the desk for working suppose to be, instead of the couch.
