: Except for coffee, the food was amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful. The slopes and lifts are accesssible right from the ski room, what made skiing very comfortable for us. We were very content with our stay at this hotel and we will surely come back again!
: Hotel rated with 4 stars shouldn't have an automatic espresso coffee machine and serve coffee in dirty cups - anytime we ordered a coffee, we got served it in a cup dirty from outside. Overall, the coffee just didn't fulfill our expectations.

: Food was descent. Good breakfast, not too much choice during rest of the meals.
: Staff was not very polite with poor command of English. Generally the level of service cannot be even competed with the same declared hotel standard (number of stars) of any other facility. The manager of the hotel was extremely rude. She told of my children for playing all the time - and they are very well behaved kids. And the facility is supposedly kids friendly. On our last evening she screamed at my 3year old for touching moss that was on the restaurant wall. She literally said to me: this room was refurbished a year ago and I love it and it makes me wanna cry.. and the next morning on our freshly made breakfast table there was a little plate with a piece of moss waiting for us. It was SO passive aggressive and something I would expect from an evil mother in law not a hotel manager. So very inappropriate.. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible vibe, bad energy. Chose different hotel in the area, as it is a great skiing area with many nice hotels. Not this one!
