  : Location was great, right in the center of Oberstdorf, and a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the ice arena, where I was working. Grocery store just about a block away. Little kitchen was very functional, even included a dishwasher. Plenty of space inside the apartment to store luggage, clothing, etc. Host was very friendly and laidback.
  : I couldn't find anything on the reservation details that said that cash was required, so I didn't get foreign currency ahead of time. Upon arrival, discovered that cash was needed, and I didn't have any. Host was very kind about it and met me several days later to collect the payment. Wifi was slow, but I was told that was to be expected in Oberstdorf. At least it was consistent, the signal never dropped. Neither issue was a huge issue, and didn't affect the enjoyment of my stay.
