  : because my trip finished Sunday, it was possible a late check out
  : I reserved a deluxe double room with balcony, but the reality is far away from the pictures on the site - the entrance is through a common kitchen with another two rooms, the light is very poor and you have no intimacy because of the other windows very closed and a small common balcony. The owner changed my room with a chipper one (deluxe single room with balcony - which is fair, exactly like the pictures on the site), the difference being more than 100 euro / two nights, but he refused to return me the difference. He sustained that it is impossible because I booked by booking.com. He said, like a joke... maybe I'll offer you a drink. Of course, an 100 euro drink could be very good, but I didn't receive even a beer. On the other hand, it is very strange for a four stars hotel having no slippers and no bath robe, even they offer swimming pool and sauna. In the same time, the breakfast is very poor and I totally dislike the plastic flowers existing everywhere in the restaurant
