  : The actual room was modern, spacious and very well equipped. The location of the hotel is fine in terms of accessing the lift. The Spa is excellent. Staff in general were very helpful - especially in the restaurant which I thought was very well run and the staff here were superb. The food was simply excellent.
  : The dining room was cold - very cold. Most people seated in the area where we were originally sat asked to be moved because it was so cold. The hotel had placed a plug in fan heater at the one end which was a pathetic attempt at resolving the problem. The bar was also generally cold which is probably why it was so dead every night - not an inviting place to be when you've been out skiing all day. Generally I felt the hotel lacked atmosphere and this is not helped by the disjointed layout. Our room was over the fly over so we had a long walk to get to reception, the dining room or the bar. There is another bar on the other side of the road which was just odd! It was very poorly signposted and difficult to come across. It seemed to be open just at apres ski but again it was cold and the one night we went there we were literally the only customers there.

  : It is located directly on the slope. Clean, spacious room. Great wellness options, nice detail was salt peeling available in sauna area. Very friendly staff everywhere you go in the hotel.
  : Only negative thing was no wifi in the room. We had a last room in the hallway - very nice one, but the signal from the rooter was too weak.

  : This hotel is excellent. The pictures are very accurate. The rooms are modern and well proportioned and very clean. The staff were amazing. Alex, Levante and Greg and Franco were all incredibly attentive and gracious. I travel a lot, with work and with my family and I've never had a more consistent restaurant experience. Every night the food was excellent. Independent restaurant quality. I was worried it was too fancy with 2 boisterous boys aged 8 and 10 but the staff were incredibly accommodating. The pool facilities are modern, clean and warm all the time. The ski boot room was heated so the boots and kit were perfectly ready for the next day. The boot room is right below one of the main lifts for the mountain too.
  : Very little. The room could have been a tiny bit better equipped. There was a nespresso machine but nothing else like snacks, or chocolate at turn down. We had no phone but they quickly remedied that. We only ever had 1 roll of toilet paper with 3 boys that didn't last long! More could be done to encourage visitors to hang out in the bar, we were often the only ones there and would have liked the opportunity to meet other people. The staff were always very welcoming for children but there was no evidence of any activities for kids. Honestly, I'm splitting hairs. We had a great time and really enjoyed the whole experience.

  : The whole place was too hot. You couldn't control the heating in the rooms so it made sleeping really hard. You must sleep with balcony door open and on top of covers. Given the current energy crisis not what should be happening
