: Super friendly staff. Upon arrival we could access the apartement directly. Afterwards we got extra information about the facilities (swimming pool, ...) and places to see in the neighbourhood. Apartment is equipped with all you need (including dishwasher) and plenty of gear to cook etc... Since we were there when COVID measures were active, all was done to have a safe stay. Hand gel is available, sauna and swimming pool has to be hourly booked in order to manage the crowd (max 8 people in the pool, most of the time we were alone in the pool with our family of 4). You can have your bread delivered in the morning, but I preferred to have a nice 10min morning walk to the bakery. The apartments are located in quiet neighbourhood and we had a balcony with mountain view. You can choose to park your car in the underground or in the outdoor parking lot.
: The 2zimmer apartment has a sleep/sofa bed for the children. It doesn't include a real slatted frame so it was pretty hard to sleep on it. When I spoke about it with the staff, they admitted and said they were looking for a thicker mattress for visitors to come...

: We understand Covid restrictions, but the rules how to book swimming and Sauna were not clear. One family at the time so visiting reception at 7am was needed. First days we were too late and everything was booked

: Host is quick in their response and are very nice. They had loads of information leaflets for us as well and they provided high chairs and baby cot for our kids. Also perfect to be able to park in the underground parking lot. The views on the mountains are also very nice

: Great location in proximity of two big ski resorts one located in Germany, 30 min. by car, second 40 min. by car in Austria. Nice, clean and quite place, suitable for families but not only.
