  : - apartment of excellent standard - comfy bed - bottle of wine as a welcome gift - kind and flexible host, as far as check in/out is concerned, however... see dislike part
  : - ...at evening (Sunday) on the day when I arrived it was no hot water in the apartment, I have informed the owners, it was not fixed that day before I went to sleep... it happened again on Wednesday morning, so I had to take a cold shower before going to work... I have informed the owner again... it was fixed within couple of hours, but it was no hot water twice over three nights... it was far from comfortable and comfort was what I was expecting from accommodation worth 154 Euro/night... I asked for some compensation - long story short - the owner disagreed with my request, so it was not resolved the way satisfying both sides... It is just said that some of the business enterprises do not accept responsibility for what they were paid for in this case I paid for comfort and unfortunately Im not fully satisfied on many levels the discussion regarding compensation was part of it I have the entire correspondence available if anybody is interested...; - only when I've checked in I realize, reading the house rules, there is an extra fee of 15 Euro a day for the second bedroom (I do not recall this was mentioned within the info provided on booking.com); - TV noise, till late evening, coming from the ground floor apartment where the owners live...
