  : The staff was very responsive when we couldn’t work the TV.We liked being able to drive right up to our door. The refrigerator was big enough and had a larger freezer compartment that worked well.We liked having the kitchenette, including microwave and refrigerator. Wireless charging and USB outlet was a plus
  : We wished the coffee pot was full size and not so loud. The beds were a bit noisy when you change position. There is only one chair, so only one person can sit at the table at a time. Some instructions about the heating system would be helpful. We looked for the usual radiator to dry our wet ski clothes, but there is radiant heat (from above - too bad since heat rises and the floor was cold). Lights were dim in the living area (could use a lamp on the table) and very bright in the bathroom (a night light could help).
