A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property is self check-in only. There is no reception. The last 4 digits of the guest's phone number is the entry code to the unit. Reservation information will be sent to the guest after booking.
