WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
People 11 years old and over stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Charming Downstairs Unit in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 270 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
There is no dishwasher at the property. The entire amount can be paid by credit card, PayPal or in cash. Inform the property owner of chosen payment option. A confirmation e-mail from a guest must be sent 24 hours after a booking is made. Please inform Charming Downstairs Unit of your expected arrival time.
