  : The general environment and setting was very pleasant:-)
  : 1. The heating was on everywhere at 27C and couldn't be turned down or off!! I imagine it was attached to the owner's house, but seriously we were baking and had to keep all the windows open to stay cool. Please fix this issue.2. The single mattresses need to be looked at/replaced. Two of them were of definite concern, one of us had to sleep in the living room (!). The creaky bed was so creaky it kept awaking people in the room, and that mattress was well used - it needs replacing.3. The walls between adjoining houses are so thin, the TV could be heard from next door easily - and it was on literally all the time(!). Late at nt and through to the morning... Recommend quiet hrs be implemented from 10am onwards as a first step forward.
