  : Spacious apartment with perfect beds and bathrooms. Good wifi, quiet area.
  : What is the use of booking.com if after booking I have to send in pictures of my ID and my creditcard, have to answer personal questions as the names and ages of me and my wife, the reason for coming to Wheaton, my profession etc. ? Why do I have to have my email verified, have to wait for approval of my payment etc.? I did supply all information although some questions were in violation of European privacy laws. I travel half the year all over the world but I have never experienced such a complicated and irritating way of getting to my bed. Apart from this the long list of do's and don'ts , fines and fees kying on the table, is just too much. It is forbidden to take the main entrance - and thus use of the elevator. Compulsory access to the side entrance feels as if you're doing something illegal.
