  : - swimming pools, one smaller for small children 1m deep, and one bigger 1.40m deep, water very clean, area around very well maintained - the position of the property, near the road but still at the forest margin and still quiet and relaxing - the restaurant, very good food, you can choose from a lot of entries in the menu, all of them available (they have also ice-cream, fresh, coffee and other things) - a place for grill in the backyard in the forest

  : the trees planted in the garden were beautiful, probably much more expensive than everything inside.
  : very long distance to travel from Orsova.. almost 2 hours drive. there is nothing else to do in the area of the hotel,everything else is at a minimum 2 hours drive. the rooms are small, the mattress is extremely old and the pillows are also old and very hard. the bed is close to breaking when you move. you can hear everything from the other rooms. I could hear the neighbors while being on the toilet . the food is expensive with no reason and the only fish available to eat was catfish. the pool was dirty and everything outside was just not being taken care Off. Most of the drinks from the menu were not available. some of the other people had a loud party just in front of our children rooms, so they were not able to go to sleep until 3 am. overall a pretty bad experience and we decided to leave a day earlier than planned.

  : The view was quite a feature. While the place is located just off the national road, traffic is not an issue, so I guess in that regard it is quiet. Across from the national road you have the majestic Danube, with and impressive view of the surroundings. The restaurant is placed upon a terrace just above the Danube on the same side as the rest of the complex. Evenings are very pleasant as you watch the moon rise above the Danube, giving it a unique glitter, as you enjoy supper and a fair glass of wine. The pool was clean, and the amenities were new. The bar offered quite a variety of drinks and food, although a bit more fish diversity would have been welcome. The owner is very nice, personally being involved in overseeing operations, while some of his relatives try their best to offer you a warm and welcoming stay. If you want a boat trip on the Danube, to nearby locations such as the Serbian Fortress of Golubovac, the Ostrov island, or the Baba Caia cliffs, the owner is also the person to talk to. Furthermore, he was kind enough to recommend a boat operator in Dubova.
  : For the money I would have expected a bit larger rooms, and attention to details. For example, our room had a problem with the smell in the bathroom. We had to leave the lights on permanently, so that the bathroom fan would run, otherwise the sewage smell would have filled the bedroom. I suppose that in spite of the owner's best intentions, this was an engineering flaw, but non the less we had to live with it. I have the kindest words to say about the bar and restaurant staff, although house keeping left a bit to be desired ... after kindly asking a lady to empty the trash bin in the bathroom, I was handed a plastic bag so I can fit it myself. They also changed your towels, but you had to hunt them down for that.
