  : Mattress was to my liking so I slept very well. Location is very convenient and parking is free. Staff is friendly.
  : The room used to be a smoking room and wreaks of cold tobacco because of the sticky carpet and heavy drapes. Ironically, the person at the front desk insisted the room is non-smoking and even had me sign a specific form. No one would have noticed if I had smoked in that room as the smell was already so strong!The room did not have privacy curtains: either you open the drapes and everyone can see inside you room (not ideal when on the first floor) or you have to turn on the little light.Toilet flush had a leak and would make noise every 10 minutes or so. Had to close the bathroom door for the night.Paid approx $100 for the room, which included breakfast we didn't get (only served until 9am on Memorial Day!) for my son and I so it turned out to be decent value in that area.

  : plenty of parking spaces, nutritious breakfast, price of accommodation, comfortable bed
  : the room stock was very old, the room was slightly dirty, on the second trip one of the towels was torn, and there were dried purple stains on the bed linen.
