  : The window by the ceil makes you feel like you're in the bunker. Breakfast has not much different options and on my opinion is poor.

  : Rooms have very high ceiling. There's a lot's of air inside. Staff was very polite. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the food and the service.
  : It is a bit different from the photos. Room looks bit like a part of a former storage facility, with very small window, so there's not much sunlight. Also, I did announce way ahead that I will need a parking spot, which they confirmed. But on arrival we were told that there is an ongoing festival so all the public parking spots are occupied?! I did spend good 40 minutes circling around and in the end parked mile and a half away. This was totally not necessary. If I was told that they don't have their own parking spot, I would head directly where I know I can always find parking. This is a city center after all. Not easy to park.

  : We were visiting with friends and on a tight schedule to visit several points of the city. We arrived on time acording to the details of our reservation. Reception was closed, no one picking up the phone and absolutely no one to ask around. We went to the restaurant, separated from the hotel and the first lady was unkind and did not speak English. Second lady called someone but still we had to wait with our luggage, sitting on an empty staircase for more than 45 minutes. The gent who arrived afterwards gave as an excuse a medical emergency. We all can have one of those, I agree, but a four stars hotel cannot shut down completely, having confirmed guests arriving. Then, we were offered to park for free overnight at one of the two spots of the restaurant, in case there was one empty... both were occupied upon arrival but, at one point we were lucky and found one empty and inmediately moved the car there. The next day, they were nice to us at breakfast, but we cannot forget that the previous day we missed part of our visit (it got dark) due to the waiting time at the closed reception.
  : The bathroom of our room was so tiny and bad planned that we had to dance with the door, opening and closing, depending on which side of the bathroom we needed to go, toilet or shower. The window of our friends' room was near the ceiling, very high ceilings, so it was like being imprisoned, some natural light but no way to see the street.

  : Perfect location. Right in the heart of the city! Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.
  : The room needs to be refurbished. Loud drum and bass sounds were heard from the street at night. Might be a trouble.
