Disappointing

  : The room was comfortable. The location was not bad. Pleasant restaurant where breakfast was served and the dish we had was tasty.
  : The bathroom was tiny and had a smell. Soap dispensers were broken. The ceiling lights didn't work. We had some issues with Edina, the receptionist. Her only asset was that she spoke English. But that is not enough. We told her we are vegans and she said: Are you vegans or vegetarians? She came with us in the morning at the Doha restaurant apparently to tell the staff what they should bring us. We asked for coffee (you can have tea/coffee or freshly squeezed juice, but nobody informed us about it). Then we waited and waited and waited. When people who came later than us were served and 40 min had passed already I got upset. The waiter said he thought we would only have coffee! I asked Edina what did she tell the staff. Didn't she inform them about our dietary needs? No reply. We were served after a while vegetables with rice which was good, but we didn't enjoy it that much as we had to rush to catch a bus. She never brought us an air freshener we asked to cover the bathroom smell. She was unwilling to come to our room to show us how the TV worked. She sent two guys to fix the ceiling lights but they couldn't. The following day the electrician would take care of it, they said. When we returned late in the afternoon Edina called to say the electrician was there. We had wasted like half an hour the evening before and didn't want to waste any more time so we declined the offer. They should have taken care of the problem while we were out during the day and not when we came back and needed some rest. Too bad because I was looking forward to staying in this hotel.

  : The position of the hotel is excellent, in the pedestrian zone, close to fortress, shops, restaurants, museum. The rooms are clean and nice.
  : Parking is a problem, no way to find it even it is just behind the hotel. The address of the hotel is in pedestrian zone, parking is the yard of hotel but the entrance is from the other street. It should be indicated or give the coordinates. Staff was so lind and helped to navigate me to there. However, such hotel should invest in the parking and make it better.

  : A very comfortable room, very modern
  : We were in a part of the town where no alcohol was served, so we had to explore the neighbourhood.We breakfast was served in a cafe with a rather small menu and not even everything mentioned is available, so it may be better to choose your own breakfast restaurant
