  : The pool and hot tub weren't working (which was specifically why we booked this place compared to other cheaper options), and were told we would get a discount because of the closure. No such discount was given.

  : The pool looked nice but wasn't open
  : We checked in and our first room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. We were then given room 107. The door was open and the room also wasn't cleaned. We left, and when we returned to the room that evening, we discovered the back door which led to the parking lot was unlocked. There were MANY flies and spiders in our room, and the bathroom window was held closed by a string. The shower head also leaked, dripping every second or so and making a noise when it landed on the floor, and there were stains near the headboard which hadn't been cleaned. And to make joy complete, the next morning, the housekeeper walked into our room at 11:15am without knocking first. We had requested late checkout for noon, but who walks in without knocking first. My friend and I were sitting on the bed talking and would have heard a knock. The manager came by with the housekeeper and dismissed our complaint. "The housekeeper knocked first." NO, she didn't! The pool also wasn't open which is where we expected to spend Friday morning. I travel a lot for business and this is in the top three worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

  : Evening Staff provided information, was helpful with questions. Continental breakfast was good.Hotel was central and close to everything.
  : Morning staff was appropriate but did not seem overly welcoming or enthusiastic about their job in lobby/front desk.Property looks great in photos but was tired and run down. The hot tub was broken, even though staff said it was operating before our stay. There was also no ice machine. Instead, the staff told us to go into the restaurant service area and grab ice (with our hands since there was no scoop to fill a bucket for our room) EWE -- How many other people are doing this? Not Sanitary!The room had chipped paint, cracks in bathroom wall, and looked outdated. Toilet/plumbing was old and had hard tie flushing.
