  : The property in general was very good and had everything we needed for our stay.
  : No lock on the bathroom door and a hole where there once was a lock so lack of privacy for a group of colleagues. There was a general lack of cleanliness - dirty / unwashed cups, spills down the kitchen cupboards and broken utensils.

  : Great communication from the owner/property manager regarding key pick up, drop off etc..The bungalow is spacious and in a nice, quiet, residential location, near a children's park. It's great for families and is good value for money. The lounge/ diner is comfortable and the wifi is very good. You can park one car on the drive which is great but it's a quiet street anyway where moe cars could park if necessary.All bedding and towels were spotlessly white.There's plenty of equipment, utensils, washing, cleaning materials in the kitchen with an added bonus of coffee sachets, teabags, sauces. In the bathroom there was a plentiful supply of shampoo, soap etc..
  : The gardens could have been mowed and tidied up, as there were lots of cigarette butts and rusty screws dotted about - not good when staying with an inquisitive 2 year old. There's no garden gate, which is a great shame as we needed to be constantly keeping our eyes on our 2 and 5 year old whilst in the garden.The double bed was very spongy and bouncy - not substantial and not very comfortable.All in all though, we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. It serves our purpose of spending time with my grandchildren who live in Lincoln.
