  : Diana at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to be helpful and very pleasant and personable.
  : It was 96degrees outside but the air conditioner in the room barely had any effect on the temperature.

  : Fantastic place. I could not recommend better. -- Comfy beds (for me at least) -- AC worked well during the summer (29 - 32 degrees outside during the day) -- Personable helpful staff -- Excellent location, two minutes away from Noto main street; lovely peaceful garden right outside the hotel; bus station right outside the hotel (not noisy) for those who do not have a car. -- Good breakfast --> the usual choices you will find in a hotel. Savouries, sweets and fruit. You can ask the staff for scrambled egg and coffee. -- Affordable prices
  : Shower water pressure. I felt it was either a bit too weak or a bit too strong. And the switch over between the fixed shower head and the portable shower head cable was not smooth, and I couldn't always be sure which I was using as the switch must have been a bit faulty. There is no elevator to the breakfast room. This did not bother me but will be important for the mobility-impaired.

  : Very confortable room with super large bed, and a little patio to sit out on, friendly and helpful staff and really great location - 2 mins walk to the main street. Also, very good value for money. Parking immediately outside hotel.

  : Customer service/all staff very helpful. Proximity to the main old town district is a winner. Very good continental breakfasts. Private external balcony of Room 13 and others.
  : A few steps in the split-level building/no lift or elevator. Car parking is best for small cars.
