  : Self-catering with cereal, milk, bread, butter and jam left in the kitchen for us to use. The room was modern and clean.
  : One radiator was broken and leaking a lot of heat (room 2). We tried to use the air conditioner to combat this, but it kept producing a loud clicking sound that interrupted sleep. In the end we turned off the A/C and had to just deal with the heat. That was the only issue though. Was going to mention at check-out, but check-out just involved posting the room key-cards through the door. Otherwise, the place was pleasant to stay in! :)

  : Clean, friendly staff and very quiet-good sound proofing. Nice local produce on offer for breakfast.
  : Lots of extras for breakfast but no toiletries available. Would have preferred less breakfast stuff for some toiletries.

  : There is a small kitchen but work surface is too small and struggle to prepare anything on. Staff eventually sorted issues.
  : This room is quite small and right next to busy road and roundabout is soo noisy. Wouldnt have been soo bad if the radiator wasnt broken and stuck on blasting out heat and we couldnt get air con to work either. Staff member couldnt fix heating or get air con Woking so We tried to sleep with window open but was way too noisy- boy racers screeching around road at 1am!! So had the worst nights sleep I have ever had in any accommodation ever! This Spoilt trip to Norwich as was just so tired. Originally booked for an important meeting which was luckily cancelled because I wasnt in any fit state to attend.

  : Clean sheets, towels and a nice power shower .
  : Unfortunately the room hasnt had a deep clean in a long time . All furniture and fixings are very shabby, rusty radiators to dirty walls/skirting boards, it just needs an big overhaul .

  : Not much. The proximity to the city centre was great. Only a short picturesque walk away.
  : I booked the room for a birthday weekend break with my family. The listing failed to mention one important factor which became apparent when we searched for the property in the sat nav. It listed the accommodation as a gay bar and club with karaoke. As we had already booked we decided to still go. The pub has a small car park at the rear containing 3 cabins. These are adjacent to a large barn at the back of the pub which turned out to be the club mentioned in Google. The accommodation itself was okay. A little tired and dated but functional. The beds however did not give us the impression we were in for a comfortable night. We could feel the springs just by sitting on them and we are not heavy people. After a meal in the city we went back to our room at 10 and became aware of some music playing from the barn by 10.30. By 11 the barn right next to our room was jumping. We could identify every song from our room along with every word from the DJ and the bad singing from everyone clearly having way more fun than us. We had also found out the club was due to close at 2. At 12.30 we decided we were not going to get any sleep and as the drive home was only 2 hours we were going to leave. I spoke with someone behind the bar to complain who apologised and went off in search of the manager. The manager did not come to speak with us. We left around 15 minutes later after handing the key to that same member of staff and mentioned we would be asking for a refund. He was very apologetic. We have since contacted Booking.com to complain and request a full refund.

  : A very smart answer to tyhe Castle's need for accomodation. A separate building with 5 small, modern bedrooms and basic kitchen facilities.
