  : Location was perfect as we were dropping off our daughter at UEA & then having a day in the city, so it was in-between the 2 locations & not too far to either. The room, ensuite & whole house was very clean. Breakfast was great too.
  : Nothing that the hosts could do about, but it was a warm evening & we had to have the window open all night. As we were on the front of the house, the main road was quite busy/noisy.

  : Lovely well - equipped room . Comfortable and spotlessly clean , as was the bathroom. The host was most helpful . The location both for our requirements and central Norwich is ideal . The breakfast menu looked most appetising. Due to our early start ,we were unable to partake , unfortunately. Would most definitely consider another visit , especially if we had more time .

  : The house was well located on a main road but set back with lots of parking in the driveway out front and quiet. I had a large double room (at single occupancy rate) with a very comfortable bed. My hosts were charming and friendly. I arrived while they were out, but they had texted me details of how to find the keysafe so I could let myself in and find my room without difficulty. My bathroom was not ensuite (which I knew when I booked) but for my private use and had an excellent shower. Breakfast was included and was fresh cooked and very good.
  : A little more information about how things worked - my bathroom said 'Private' on the door - so I had to assume it was mine! I also couldn't make my TV remote work - it turned out that a previous energy conservation-minded guest had turned the TV off completely, but the on/off switch was located on top of the unit where I couldn't see it and didn't think to feel for it - as it was quite late I didn't want to disturb anyone by asking. It would also have been helpful to have a hairdryer in the room (if there was one I didn't find it).
