  : EverythingIt was terrible from check in to check out. I made the reservation for 4 people, I go inside to check in told him my name and handed my id. He doesn’t say anything and hands me back my id and 1 key I said “there’s 4 of us can I get more keys than just 1” he hands me 1 more. Still says nothing. I’m waiting to sign a paper or pay a deposit or anything. Then he goes “did you need anything else?” I said “that’s all?” He said yea. Okay? So as I go to walk out he finally tells me I’m in building b, so he wasn’t even planning to tell me there was more than 1 building originally. Building b isn’t even the same parking lot. We get to the room and it literally took our breath away. I’m severely allergic to smoke and my mom has asthma and allergic to smoke. For a nonsmoking room it smells like a chain smoker was in there for a year. It’s so dark and dingy it feels like a dungeon. The ac was off (real feel of the day was 110) so it feels really stuffy. I turn on the ancient, broken, falling out of the wall ac that now has bugs flying out of it. So of course now I inspect the room because I’m already ready to leave. Cigarette burns all over the comforter, socket falling out of the wall, swastika signs colored on bathroom wall, TOWEL IN THE LIGHT SOCKET in the bathroom, lamp doesn’t work, drawer moldy and disgusting. I refuse to sit on the bed while I search a new hotel. I pull out the chair and am even more disgusted I couldn’t even sit there. My mom went down to say something to Alex (man in office) and he tells her “there’s nothing wrong” with the room, “what do you expect for the price” (I didn’t expect 4 star hotel but I pay the same and cheaper for motel 6 which can be hit or miss but I paid less for one the night before that was clean and decent) and pretty much kept saying we were lying the room was fine and that with 91 rooms we are first to complain. Also claimed there was no smoking in the room and we lied about that too.

  : Refrigerator was inoperable, the toilet tank top was missing and the hallway seat had stains all over it as well as the mattress. The room I booked did not match the pics on your site at all.Management is fucking useless.

  : Although it was a non-smoking room, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were burn holes in the bed sheets and blankets too. The room needed renovation, everything was in a dire state and not cleaned properly. Also, the property was situated in a shady spot. Didn’t feel safe at night.

  : Dirty room. Blood on couch. Stuff slopped on wall by garbage can. Cigarette burns all over bed spread. Ask for new room & was given a hard time. 2nd room wasn't much better.

  : The room was old fashion. It was not clean will never stay there again. I actually wasted my money. I didn’t even stay the night there. I got another hotel somewhere else.
