  : I liked that it was very comfortable(Sofas, and king bed). I also liked the balcony for a little privacy.Very quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the entry keys left for us to get into the pool did not work, my granddaughter was very disappointed. The kitchen was very well equipped with many appliances. However I wish the person who leases this through Evolve would understand that it would be a common courtesy to at least leave salt and pepper shakers, and extra toilet tissue. The only other problem that we had was that there were about three or four lamps in the apartment, and none of these worked as well as difficulty using chargers in the outlet and got locked out on the balcony but, maintenance came within 15 minutes and freed us..lol. All in all we still had a good time. The time was well spent with my daughter and granddaughter.Being on the 3rd floor is the only reason I personally wouldn't go back for another stay. One needs to be very physically fit to climb 5 sets of about 10-12 steps every time you come back from somewhere. Still very comfortable to.relax from the climb..Enjoy your stay with The Paynes.

  : The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. We felt welcomed by the owner with personal touches such as coffee and a welcome gift. The owner also gave directions to favorite beaches and suggestions for restaurants.
  : The property management was non existent. Multiple emails went unanswered before, during and after the trip. The dryer didnt work and property manager had someone look at it, but problem was not corrected.

  : The condo was nice and clean.
  : We were supposed to have pool access and we did not because we were told we had pool at condo but when arriving the book said 3 minutes away and it was closed all week. my kids were disappointed. The dryer didnt dry clothes very well. We booked condo for location and also to have a pool and hot tub and then we did not get that.
