  : Not advertised as pet friendly. Found dog food beside bed and scratches inside bathroom at door handle and under kitchen counter.Kitchen poorly stocked and NO COUNTER SPACE to use toaster or coffee maker.

  : This was a privately own room I believe and they holding my deposit for a week. The room was old and everything in there. They said one of the reasons for them to keep the deposit is for stained towels but towels in the room were very old and somewhat stain. I took a lof of pictures just in case but I won’t rent rooms in this hotel again. Very outdated.

  : The location was excellent and friendly staff.
  : Tub/shower did not work properly. Maintenance came quickly but did not finish fixing the tub. Said he would return but never did. Pools in my building were closed for most of my stay. The facilities washer and dryer needs an upgrade. Made my clothes smell like burnt hair from the dryer.

  : The pool area is really nice.
  : I’ve stayed in better units there. I didn’t like the carpet on the floors as it wasn’t very clean. I prefer wood floors. We only had two pillows on each bed that were very flat. The shower didn’t hardly work at all and probably should be fixed. The nozzle didn’t want to come up.

  : All the pools this hotel had.
  : This spot is on the 19th floor. Hot water took about 15 mins b4 getting hot. They padlocked the outside gate to walk to the ocean had to walk all the way around. Hotel has.nothing to do with this room. Beach rental people do. Not worth what we paid.

  : It was supposed to be two queen beds and ocean front. It was full beds and wall views. Very disappointed with the whole room needs painted clean mirror better the chair on balcony was broken. And if you had any problems you had to take it up with owner so staff could not help. Why was this listed on booket.com from owners. I would like it better if it would had been ran by hotel. I didn't know it was by owner until i booked and then i couldn't cancel. So i was stuck with what ever they had.
