  : we loved the property, we have stayed here many times. there was plenty of room for all of us.

  : Upon arrival and getting our belongings in room, daughter killed some type of bug near kitchen sink, i couldn't make out what it was because she smashed it. Well the next morning i get up and move something on stovetop and a baby roach runs across stove....DISGUSTING There were roaches in the room we stayed. It's kinda of hard to enjoy your stay when you see baby cockroaches crawling on countertops and stovetop while trying to prepare food for your family. They were crawling on stovetop and my grandbaby notice one on bar/countertop where bar stools are located. I did call to inform them and maintenance arrived with home defense spray to spray areas, but next day we saw more...which do understand that's not going to eliminate the problem. I was told there is monthly pest service which I don't doubt there is.Then they want to offer me $250, which to me is a slap in the face when you considered what I paid for a 4 day stay...Do NOT stay here, Room 1210.

  : The rooms needed to be updated, carpets were old and had ripples in them that my grandson kept falling over, lack of staff on site, the whole condo needed to be updated

  : The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. The ice maker didn't work-theres no ice machine on any floor either. There was cockroaches in our condo.. ewwww.. Will never waist my money here again!

  : The carpets were kinda sticky maybe needed a good clean on them idk
