  : I didn't like the fact that once I got there after booking.com said there would be no more charges when I told them I was traveling with my pet that I had to pay extra money for my pet to spend the night in a pet friendly hotel and was not aware of this until I got to the hotel I paid because I've been driving a long time and I was tired then the remodeling started at like 7:30 8:00 in the morning right outside my door tearing down wallpaper and baseboards and whatnot. Then to open up the door and find a cockroach about the size of 2 in dead but right there at my door from them ripping out the baseboards and I think it's under new ownership so maybe the new owners will take better heed of what is wrong. My qualm is with booking.com they should tell you there's going to be a be a Fee and not say there is no more charges and then get to a hotel and have them tell you it's going to cost more to have your dog stay in the room with you makes no sense I went out of my way to find a pet friendly hotel to be honest I probably wouldn't recommend this place and I probably won't be back to this place as I stay in Norman quite often but I think I will find me another hotel and I will not be using booking.com any longer.
