  : Awful customer service! Absolutely dreadful and would never want to go again! The main doors to the hotel locked up after 11pm with no one at the reception. We had to call them via phone to say we cant get in because the key/card detector was defective. They took 15/20 minutes to get to the hotel to open the door and spoke in a haughty tone with no apologies. Disgraceful!

  : Absolutely nothing. I don't know who gave this good reviews. II stayed here because it was close to a relative.And the train was close Since I did not drive.
  : The hotel is right next to the train tracks. So you hear the train all night land if the train is not running you here, cars going over the rails. Staff leaves every afternoon for the night, So there is no one there. No air conditioning, No fridge, The t v screen is basically a computer monitor With only a few channels.There is a indian restaurant, And grocery store behind in the parking lot. Absolutely nothing else within walking distance. As soon as the sun comes up the room heats up terribly. Unlivable conditions and did not feel safe at all. Finally had to book a different hotel And lose the money I paid since It Was non refundable even under the circumstances.

  : One day just got only foot mat towel. They did not supply bath and hand towel. My colleague also stayed and had same experience.And they replaced body soap dispenser and keep it empty.Service was not really good.Too close to train station and train is running all day even midnight causing noise in a roomSeems like owner of the hotel changed in recent year and service quality also changedI will not stay there again.
