: I love the building. I love the large windows. There is a lovely garden in the center, though only for guests staying at the garden level. Breakfast each morning was great!!!
: I would have loved for the garden to be accessible to all. Also, there is only wifi in the lobby of the hotel. There should be wifi throughout.

: The actual room was large and the toilet and shower were fine. The TV worked well and there was a good internet connection. I enjoyed borrowing copies of a magazine about East Friesland. I got a good night's sleep.
: Do NOT use google map to get to this hotel. I walked three kilometers + through a maze of streets in bad weather with a heavy carry-on suitcase and laptop case. When I asked how to get there the written response was to take a taxi. But I did not want to spend extra money on a taxi since it seemed according to the map and according to what I was told at the Hauptbahnhof that it was very close, a short walk. Well, it is only a short walk. You can imagine my surprise the next day when it turned out all I needed to know was a crucial piece of information about how to get there. So ask precisely how to walk there, unless of course you can easily afford a taxi. (The trick has to do with a staircase that google map does not recognize.) I was actually astonished at how close the hotel really is to the current train station. Since it is called what it is called I assume it was near an old, now no longer used, small train station.
