  : Fresh, good looking apartment. Very clean. Nice swimming pool. Lot of space to park.
  : Small things to improve. There was no dish washing liquid or tablets for the dish washing machine. No extra garbage bags Only one roll of toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom. Thus items do not cost much, i did bought them myself, however if you add them into the inventary, customers will be extra satisfied with the stay.

  : Nice, spacious apartment with excellent pool, friendly reception, good location for visiting Zadar and beaches around it.
  : Have to buy your own toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, etc. Only 1 rool of toilet paper provided. Some furniture broken, toilet did not flush properly.

  : Like: - Inside Space : 2 bedrooms, 1 living area connected to the kitchen 1, 1 bathroom with shower. - Parking : lots of spaces for all the cars. - 15% nice views (85% garbage and storage). - Close to the beaches. - Nice swimming pool.
  : Didn't like: - CheckIn is was written to be until 20 (if I remember well). During the trip I've called the host to kindly request extension to 21 because we were on the road. She told us, please hurry up. Ok, we reached the premises just to find out that they are actually living there ... but still. - Very very dirty all over the place, we took 2-3 hours to wash the floor and kitchen must most annoying was the short black hair - which I assume was a pet at some point - everywhere !!!! and when I went to say something I got a blanket to cover the hair/sofa :( - Over the mattress there is a topper ... a yellowish brownish topper :( - As the others said on the reviews - you have all and nothing; or we can say 1 of everything - so you must buy a lot during your stay. This wouldn't be an issue, if you think of the price, BUT be careful as they are declaring on Booking towels, linens etc. and on the "Room Manual" they are stating that they are not obliged to offer them. - Most of the mosquito nets broken. - You can hear everything and anything that your neighbors are doing. - Pay only cash ?!?!?!? - WiFi is a joke; good connection limited to 18kbps per device, limitations in case that you want to install an chrome cast. - TV is another joke : 500 channels - 10 working. - Water in the swimming pool is full of chlorine - which is not bad - but ya, there are some other versions also. - Outside bathroom - bad - Also in their manual - "we clean and wash once every 7 days" ?!?!?!?!

  : Good value for money. Good sized apartment, looked like it had been recently renovated. Great view of sea from the windows and balcony. Good, large, clean pool, approx. 15m by 5m, sun loungers available. Lady on reception very helpful. Food shops and bakeries close by, and a couple of restaurants. Around 15 minutes walk to the old city, and more restaurants and gift shops. Nice town, felt safe walking round after dark. Queen Beach around 15 minutes walk down a quiet road. Sabunike beach, which is quieter and more suitable for swimming, is around 20-25 minutes walk either past Queen Beach and along the beach front or (quicker way) partly alongside the main road and then down a quiet road. Sabunike beach has an inflatable play park in the sea . No washing machine but the lady on reception was happy to wash one load of clothes to help us get through the week.
  : Some noise from the road, although it did not disturb the children.

  : Good location, close to the sandy queen's beach. Tommi market, Konzum and Kik directly behind the apartments. The pool was great and a big bonus during hot days, regularly maintained by the owners.
  : The air conditioning was only in the kitchen, so we had to keep the room door open during the night, otherwise it was very hot in the bedroom (no privacy). The keys to the apartment are also the keys to the electricity, without them the electricity didn't work, so we couldn't air-condition the apartment when we left. In the description it was written that toilet paper is available in the apartment. But there is only one upon arrival, the others must be bought or brought.
