  : this flat has nice balcony and location is good that is it..
  : 1-i would like to say i became shocked because when i was in the flat they wanted from me passport to hold it by themself during my stay.. i told them i never give my passport to anybody but they didnt accept so i paid deposit money instead of passport.. super crazyyyyyy even hotel doesnt hold your passport.. i told them to take photo of it but it is not enough for them.. 2- flat is super dirty..i hope they will clean it for next time even electrical vacuum cleaning.. bed sheets was also smelling not nice and it seems to me it is not clean.. carpet on floor maybe you can see on their profile pictures.. its colors is brown now because of dirtiness.. 3- flat is on 4th floor. so there was no enough water to take a shower very low.. so it is very suffering.. 4-flat is super cold and they didnt create any solution for it. air condioner is not working for heating.. you pay for this flat and you feel you are on the street. 5- they didnt put enough lighting system on bedroom so it it so difficult to see 6- There is fine a listing.. and prices are not cheap for example if you break a glass you will pay 2-3 times bigger mony from the super market.. it says if you smoke in the flat, fine will be 300 grn but when i was in the flat.. flat smells smoking. this all rules dont make you comfortable.. 6- dont give more than 400 grn for this flat.. i paid 500 grn but later i saw they sell it for 600 grn as well.. if you think pay more and more comfort. it is not this flat !!!!!

  : High ceilings, clean. Fairly good bed, enough bedding. (extra covers etc)Very nice location, can't wait for lockdown to be over (was open season, all Covid months... I arrive... sure enough, lockdown. hahaha, such is life)Quietly isolated. Busy restaurant down below, I heard nothing.Spatious also.All in all nice, but a cigar smoker doesnt want to sleep in his own smoke but have a balcony....
  : The water pressure in the shower was substandard for Ukraine.The appartment was supposed to have a balcony, but the lady on the phone (in Ukrainian, to my wife) was very unfriendly."Yes, has no balcony" "As I SAID, it had no balcony and there are no other free apts"The ceiling lighta betray a former office to accommodation conversion. TL lights anybody? Oof! hahaha. Ok the other lights are romantic enough I guessm

  : I've been here for 3 years and I have rented apartments and house but this is better than all I rented before. Strange but it may be the last as I'm about to fly back to the UK.Thanks for a great service and I use again when I go abroad again maybe New York soon !
