  : Very quiet & calm place! Supermarket is just a 10 minute walk away! Restaurants, pharmacies & other facilities are also easily accessible! If you are traveling by public transport the connections are also good!
  : The car park place demand to much manoeuvre! Reception had not been informed about my earlier arrival and filled disturb because they're having a break! The hotel insisted on a payment with EC card although I wanted to pay with Visa! For business trip unfortunately the distance to the airport and the biggest cities around like Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz etc...is too far!

  : The smell in the room. The breakfast that was limited to one glass of orange juice (from a pack) and one cup of coffee or tea.

  : The room was quite clean.
  : All info was in German language and the staff didn't speak English either.It is very confusing as the hotel is advertised in UK and I was expecting to have someone at least at the reception who would speak English.No heating in the room although it was a cold night.No extra blankets either.TV programs very poor. Only a few of them and all were from German television.

  : It was basic, a little dated . The TV worked when it felt it . The owner apologised that the breakfast lady was off sick and then claimed that I hadnt pre-ordered breakfast. I said I believed I had but he very politely said I hadnt. I didnt feel like arguing
  : I would appreciate an investigation. I paid a sum of money which apparently should have been for bedAND breakfast. Breakfast seemed to cost twelve euros as far as I could ascertain.If this was so, I would appreciate a rebate of 36 Euros. I was directed to a bakery some distance away where I could have paid for breakfast.
