: The location and the tidiness of the rooms + the mattress was very comfortable and the Wifi was reliable and had good coverage.
: The hidden costs! This accommodation charges for literally everything extra, so beware before you do your booking!!! Electricity cost extra, parking? Extra, choose a more quiet house, cost extra and to use the bistro and the pools? Guess what, costs extra...even cleaning costs was extra. Literally everything cost extra so the whole booking will cost you way more than what was quoted at booking.com. We wouldn't have chosen this accommodation if the pricing was obvious to use before we made the booking. There are way better deals for a lot cheaper in Niechorze... Good morning. Here are some of the extra costs (the list is not exhaustive !): standard parking space, the cost for the first car is PLN 25 per day, for the second car it is PLN 30 per day selection of premises next to each other at PLN 19.90 per day per one premises (subject to availability), a stay with an animal up to 10 kg is PLN 50 per day, counting from the pet (maximum 2 animals), a set of towels (one towel 50x100 cm and another towel 70x140 cm) is PLN 30 per stay, electric grill for PLN 55 per stay, baby bath PLN 15 per stay, baby cot PLN 40 per stay, high chair PLN 20 per stay, GPS watch for children PLN 19.90 per day, XBOX console with a package of 10 games for PLN 199 per stay, a coffee machine with 10 capsules for PLN 80 per stay, microwave for PLN 49 per stay, bike rental for PLN 50 per day (for one bike), VIP package for PLN 999 per stay. Additionally payable at the time of check-out is the consumption of utilities, calculated according to the property's meters, and at the time of check-in is a service charge and a tourist tax. There is also a returnable deposit of PLN 750 to be paid on site.
