This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 1200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The boats do not require a license. If you do not have a boat license, you will receive a free 3-hour briefing on houseboat driving on the day of arrival.

Please note that:
-The operating cost of the boat will be charged upon check-out. The operating costs depend on the types of boats. It costs from EUR 9.60 to EUR 10.20 per engine hour.
-The cost of the final cleaning is not included in the price. It can be booked from EUR 50 to EUR 110 depending on the types of boats.
- Besides a damage deposit, a fuel deposit of EUR 190 is also required on arrival.

Please note that the check-in and check-out days are always on Monday, Friday and Saturday.
