  : When we arrived, the hosts didn't provide us with information how to get in, or which entrance to use. We had to call many times for them to actually give us the right information. Once we got inside, we didnt get the specific information about which of the rooms was ours and apparently we slept in the wrong room for the first night. In the morning one of the hosts barged into our room while we were showering, started screaming that we took the wrong room and that we should move to the one across the hall. They forcefully made us pay 80 extra for that night (it was not possible to go into discussion because they barely spoke english). They didn't compensate the payment for the original room, that we didn't sleep in. At the end we paid for 3 nights, but stayed there 2 nights in total (as planned from before). The hosts were not reliable. Unpleasant behaviour, unpoliteness, not respecting our privacy, shouting at the guests is not appropriate
