  : The hotel has no porter/concierge Guests have to fight with their own luggage at check in and check out. Some staff not friendly. A male receptionist just had a non chalant attitude. Did not look guest in the face/ eye when handing over paper work or parcels. Kept chit chatting with a fellow staff member, displaying to us that we were an inconvenience asking for assistance from him. We were checked into a room that is known to flood by management rm 404. We asked to be moved but this was not considered and this was over a 5 night stay. The housekeeping team harassed us to clean the room even before we woke up saying they had many rooms to clean and if they couldn't clean the room at that time then it wouldn't be cleaned for the day. Linen on the bed appeared not to fit the bed. Furniture in the room not comfortable. No rug on the floor or matA random odd restaurant table and an office/ conference chair. Made the whole experience seem so cheap. A total departure from what is advertised.
