  : Ze perfect Place is ideally located, it us spacious & comfortable & warm. The beds are very comfortable & it is well equipped. All amenities are close by & any questions we had were addressed immediately & politely. We felt welcome. We all felt we would return.
  : My only complaint was that the extractor fan in the toilet wasn't working. As this opens on to the living area, this is important.

  : Incredible location, and beautiful spacious apartment! The beds were super comfortable, we found everything we needed, with a few extra touches that made the stay really easy (coffee in the cupboard, dishwasher tablets etc). Very close to bars, restaurants, the beach, transport etc.

  : The apartment is very cute and spacious, with all the comforts you need. It is also in the perfect location; full of restaurants and cafes and 14 minutes walking from the train station Nice Riquier. Boris got in contact with us via WhatsApp to make sure the self check in went smooth and was always available in case of questions.
  : It happened only once that the hot water was not there, however, we were 5 people who already showered in the morning and 2 of us showered that evening as well. So I believe that in these kind of buildings it is normal to finish the daily hot water at some point, especially when there is more then 2 guests!

  : The stairs is difficult when you have to bring up so many suitcases. If you have problems getting around, it wouldn't be ideal place for you.

  : location was excellent- right amongst the bars and restaurants of Nice, and a short walk to the Promenade and shops.
  : the property was quite dirty. balcony rotten and dangerous- risked our lives going out to use the washing machine as its on the balcony. theres only a 2 seater couch for an apartment that accommodates 6 guests. we had to take it in turns to sit on the sofa and watch tv. only one tv in the living room meant that the rest of us had to sit in our bedrooms and wait for our turn to sit in the living room. bathroom in poor condition and dirty. owner blamed us for the toilet flooding and was rude, despite it flooding after he inspected the apartment with us (wasnt flooded when we were there, but when I went back upstairs to ask for our deposit of 600 euro to be refunded he told me the toilet had flooded. turned out this happened as there was a power outage that caused the toilet crusher not to work, and we must have flushed it after the power went out. (we had a power outage on last day). rooms very basic and worn, not comfortable. location was the only good thing about the apartment.theres also 8 flights of stairs you have to drag your luggage up to reach the apartment
