  : They made the best of the property for their guests. Toiletries and kitchen facilities available. Decor was nice and a gorgeous window overlooking the high street. Thoughtful to provide ear plugs to us due to unexpected overnight works being done outside. Made sure we had everything we needed.

  : The apartment was conveniently located, near the train station and a pleasant walk to the sea.
  : There was extremely noisy road and building construction across the street all night long. This is not the fault of the apartment, but it made our stay there less pleasant than it might have been.

  : The staff were very lovely and super welcoming. The lift actually starts on the ground and goes all the way up, something I no longer take for granted.
  : The noise from outside was intense: the name conjures a garden location and nothing could be further from the truth. This apartment building is at a busy traffic juncture with a huge building site opposite. The noise from outside is a Cacophony. If you keep your windows closed, the tiny studio gets very stuffy. I thought that being close to the train station would be a good idea and its true that it is less than an easy five walk, but I didnt realise how good the trams are. Next time I would stay down by the water. The studio was tiny; although there is a kitchenette you really cant cook in it, but its ok for assembling breakfast or making a sandwich. The shower is super tiny with a clinging curtain - not fun.

  : It was very close to the station as we had a very early train to catch to come home. It was also very centrally placed so everything we needed was in walking distance but the tram also stopped outside. Rachel spoke excellent English and was very welcoming as was the concierge who met us outside. She didnt speak English but was very clear about how to get in and out

  : Very clean, host very friendly and helpful, quite basic apartments but well equipped it's quite a walk down the the place massena and the old town, however trams do run very frequently up and down Avenue Jean Medicin. The train station is just round the corner, there's a small supermarket also round the corner with the main one being further down Avenue Jean medicin. Overall a good place if you are on a smaller budget for your accommodation.

  : good location, loud if you had the doors open, but very quiet at night (doors were quite some proof with black out curtains) Clean and comfortable with everything we needed
