  : Staff around pool restaurant didn’t clean tables. We had to ask them to wipe our table each time. They did oblige but didn’t clean other tables around. Felt like a McDonald’s! Also on first day we were given some bottles of water but not replaced each day.

  : The service was terrible , rooms tiny and "family room " did not fit a family - the room never had enough towels - even after many requests to reception - if they ever answered they never delivered any . Not worth the cost , also the location was too far from main centre and restaurants.

  : The breakfast as the staff took the plates of food at 10 precisely while we paid for breakfast at 9 h55!!!!!A shame

  : Friendly staffs and good sea view (however we couldn’t sit outside at the balcony since the sofa seats were stained with red dots and it’s really dirty so it’s pointless).
  : I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conditions of Room 661, where we recently stayed. The state of the room caused us significant discomfort and stress, to the point where we were unable to sleep for all 3 nights of our stay.We found the room to be unclean, unkept, and poorly maintained. The bed was covered in dust, which forced us to lay our clothes on it to sleep. Additionally, there is a disturbing, BLOODY/gooey looking stain on the curtain, which I almost touched while closing the curtain. I wiped the floor with tissue and the tissue turned black and dirty. The toilet also has yellow stains on it which is completely disgusting. We have also noticed bugs flying around, despite having kept the windows closed.These issues are unacceptable and have greatly impacted our stay. We booked a large sea-view suite, paying £3,000 for 3 nights, for a better vacation experience, however, it’s nowhere close to our expectations or any hotel’s hygiene standards. I’ve messaged the hotel via Booking.com App and the acting front office manager, Ameni Souissi, has apologized for this matter and offered us a full, 3 nights refund plus a complimentary night’s stay in the future. However, after I replied back and thanked the hotel for trying to compensate us for a bad vacation experience, the hotel NEVER replied or updated me about the refund process since then. I’ve send multiple messages, emailed them and phoned the hotel to ask about the refund process. Sadly, the receptionist that answered the phone doesn’t even seem to know about the refund process. The hotel shouldn’t have promised to offer a full refund to their dissatisfied customer and then just disappear and not reply/keep their promise. This just makes us more disappointed in the hotel due to them not being able to keep their end of the deal.I wasn’t planning to expose the hotel’s unhygienic practices if the hotel has refunded me like they said they would.
