  : The location has good connection with the public transport network
  : Extremly noisy because of the interior yard view. We couldn't sleep for 3 nights because people from other apartments were talking and we could hear everything. There was no mosquito net and we had a lot of mosquitos. No air conditioning and it was very hot. The building and the pictures of the apartment are deceiving and the appliances are very old. When booking we had issues with the card and it was suggested by the owner to pay outside of booking which we didn't.

  : Nice spacious clean appartment. Nice bathroom, kitchen. Clothesline outside window for drying . Good location close to station and main street and square.Clear instructions given on location and how to enter appartment.
  : A basic Fan as air conditioning non remote. minor dislike.

  : Great location, easy to find.
  : The blue key for the main door downstairs didn't work. Luckily discovered the keyfob after 5 min unsuccessfully trying. Room was boiling hot, no air con only a fan was provided which didn't make a difference as circulated the 40+C air. Not ideal by any standards. (This was explained by heatwave - don't care as room/ flat temperature was unbearable) Kitchen window didn't have shutters/ blackout curtains and light came into the room. Room was tiny, shower even tinier. Towels smelled funny.

  : Very good position, close to the station, supermarkets and just a walk away from the main street. The apartment is small but it has everything you need.
  : The window's shutter is jammed and it would get pretty hot in the room (there's no AC) since we couldn't open the window properly.

  : Very good location and clean apartment but nothing too special. Wifi worked well enough.
  : Update 8.10.22: Owner cancelled our reservation on revenge after our stay when honest feedback was published. Now I have to solve issues with booking.com that are his fault. Not recommended. There was some shortage for example; only one wine glass, kitchen knife was dull, no dish brush and not enough toilet paper for our stay. Bed was ok and kitchen table small. Kettle was full of limescale and there was no regular coffee machine. In the middle of vacation I got message from booking to update credit card information even though reservation was already fully paid. Owner of the apartment sent a message that he had issue with software and told to ignore messages. I am worried this might affect to Booking.com rewards and requested to fix it but time will tell.

  : - location is great and it is easy to fund and approach - apartment have everything what you need for a short stay - there is enough space and enough furniture for everything (e.g., clothes, suitcase)
  : - we were in January and it was a little bit colder in the apartment and additional blanket/cover had stains (although, sheets and towels were clean) - the furniture in the kitchen is a little dilapidated, but it is functional - owner send us terms after we booked: 10 per additional half hour after the maximum time indicated. 10 for dishes not made or bins not taken out. 20 if a smell of cigarette or smoke is present after the departure. It's ok that everyone has their own terms, but I haven't seen such terms so far and they should be found in the description of the apartment, not when the booking is already made.
