  : Clean, comfortable, perfectly acceptable. Good location in walking distance (albeit 10-15m) from the beach, old Nice, and the train station. Good elevators.
  : The furniture and decorations are a bit dated. Pretty typical French "hospitality", e.g. when my room didn't have a wine opener in it (what French room doesn't have a wine opener?), I called down and asked them to bring it up. They said they would. 25 minutes later, I call again because the opener's not there. The front desk says I have to bring the wine with me because they can't let me open it myself? Not a big deal, but a little weird.

  : Excellent location and reasonable priced for all the amenities included. Very close walk to the beach, the train station and shops. The Suite room on the 9th floor was very comfortable, with a private terrace to see the city and the beach. The bed was a King bed and on the adjacent open room a sofa cama for my children. The main bathroom had a big bathtub and the room had a separate toilet that the kids could use. There was a Lavazza machine that I used every afternoon. I opted to have the breakfast at the hotel which had a variety of options from a la carte eggs, cakes, hot and cold drinks, fruit, bakes, fresh French bread, ect. The associates working at the front desk where always very friendly. On the last day, I left my luggage on hold at the reception and was not charged. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Nice.

  : The location is perfect. Near the tram and in the city center. The staff and service is very good and friendly.
  : The room has much dust. I think the cleaning needs an upgrade.The noise of the climate change in the night.The matras of the bed is too soft.

  : First of all, I liked the location since it is at the City Center yet it is not noisy and crowded. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping malls. Breakfast was also complete for me. Having many fruit choices and healthy yogurt (3-4 choices of flavor!).
  : There was one lady receptionist when our group checked in early dinner time and I felt she was not welcoming but the other lady, (I think her name was Matina?) was always smiling and accommodating. But the other personnels were all pleasant.
