  : Great location in a safe gated neighborhood and within walking distance of Nices old town/center. Spacious, and lovely to have a private garden for our stay.
  : Had to pay a 500 deposit to receive the keys at an agency office elsewhere in Nice - both inconvenient and a high deposit amount. Apartment could have been cleaner.

  : The location was spacious and luxurious. Beautifully taken care of. Extremely well equipped. small amenities were provided, like soap, bread, juice and milk.
  : The windows in the main bedroom and bathroom were not able to be open, so sometimes humidity was too high.

  : Very quiet area. Near to bus stop for shopping and sightseeing. A short walk and you're at a small beach with restaurants nearby. The apartement was very well equipped. Nice to sit in the little garden and have breakfast in the mornings. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean which is always appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.
  : If to mention anything....it's a little dark inside and no aircondition. We used the mobile fans and that helped. A list of equipment on booking.com would have saved bringing things that already was there, for example hair dryer. The correspondence with the "reception" was good but it would have been nice with a signed name instead of just nothing.
