  : Location was decent
  : The room looked nothing like in the pictures. There was construction work at 8am on Saturday morning. Walls were so thin it sounded like the construction was in our room. Owner was rude when I asked for my money back due to the room being awful and the construction. The sink was falling off the wall. Bed was very uncomfortable, I could barely move the next morning. The ceiling had huge bubbles from water damage.

  : The paint was chipping, the bedding was disgusting and the pillowcases looked like they were slept on already, the mirrors were so filthy you couldn't use them or clean them, the shower was falling apart. The ceiling had board covering holes and had footprints on them. The TV was already on when we got in the room. The deadbolt didn't work . The towels and washcloths were shop rags and stained black We would have been better sleeping in our truck.You opened the door and the bed was right there, and there was a small bathroom, that was it. There was a hole where a closet should have been but no hangars or bar to hang up anything

  : Nothing matched but everything was clean. This is a family-run motel, and it is nice to see everyone pitching in. All were very polite.
  : No breakfast offered. Room a/c was noisy. Room was small.

  : Furnishings totally worn out. Price-performance poor, only feasible in a tourist place like Niagra Falls.
