  : It was very cold and not so comfortable. We needed to turn on the heater and the water heater since there was no hot water to take a shower. Also, you make your own bed.

  : Despite a Confirmation and a confirmed check in time emails, when I arrived the owners reneged on the Contract, and I had to find alternate accommodation very late on Sunday night. They were rude, aggressive and insisted that I speak Serbian, even though I had previously advised that I only spoke English. They tried to manhandle my gear and my person. They declined to arrange alternate accommodation or ring the Police, or contact booking.com. Very stressful and unprofessional. DO NOT STAY Here.

  : The coffee shop across the street was blasting music until 4am, we couldn't get any sleep at all. Parking wasn't free as originally stated. Room in general was filthy and not properly cleaned prior to check-in. Two tiny comforters provided in the room were not enough.

  : The location of the apartment couldn't be better -- it's right in the heart of the city, less than 5 minutes walking to the Ni fortress. The street is quiet but in a block there are many shops.Really nice and friendly host Vladimir, he helped us with a beli karton and with any other questions.Although facilities is modest, it has necessities for food cooking, tableware, a small electric stove, a fridge. But there is no table (only a little coffee table), so if you need a table or a desk (for example, for work) you should pay attention on this fact. As for us, we felt pretty comfortable to use the coffee table for breakfast.The apartment is pet friendly without any extra payments.The price is really good for the quality and I'm not sure if there are a better choice if you want to visit sights of Ni and don't want to overpay for a posh room or stay on the outskirts. It's a reasonable choice for travellers.
  : The apartment is exactly like on the photo but with a nuance: it's a bit worn now and needs to be renovated.There is a mold on the bathroom floor, maybe it disappears if use chlorine on it. Sometimes the temperature in the room was a bit unstable because of an electric heater.
