  : TV with kids channels was very welcome for our children. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could park in front of the house. Definitely a good price/quality choice.
  : The staircase to the apartment is a little bit old and you need to pay attention. A barking dog next to the house (neighbors) was rather aggressive and I was happy that the fence is high enough.

  : - location for us was just perfect, very close to local markets and big shopping area- washing mashine- we slept very good in this apartment, they provide very comfy beds- WiFi worked very good- room was clean :)
  : We really want to say only good things abt this apartment but we can't :( We didn't like the dirty bathroom I mean shower, It wasn't ready for guests. They need to improve the cleaning. Also somebody didn't check the fridge - it was dirty from ketchup or any red souce. They didn't provide the bin or any trash bag, toilet paper and also we didn't have any cutting board for cooking.

  : I don't know, but had a feeling that this place is still under construction. Two apartments are located behind owners house. I recommend it for a cheap stopover in Nis for one night, but don't expect anything ;)

  : Quick and easy arrangement with the owner about the time of arrival. Comfortable bed but squeaky when turning around.
  : We stayed in the groundfloor apartment. We were so tired and had to stay to sleep but the apartment was very disapointing. It was smelly (mold-like) and looked dirty. The rugs had human hair on them, bed sheet was visibly dirty in two places so we had to sleep on the cover sheet, the shower also looked dirty and not pleasant at all. We felt unsafe because the water heater was old and could not be turned off at all, even when showering. Also the air condition wasn't connected to the power source and couldn't be used. We wouldn't stay here again and it's definitely not worth the money.

  : We stayed in the groundfloor appartment. We decided to book this appartment because we felt tired of our trip back home from Greece.First of all Price: On booking price was 21.60 (with taxes) but in person, host requested of us to pay 24. It's not about 2-3 euros more, it's about what we agreed on Booking.comNext thing is the fact that this appartment looks nothing like on the pictures on Booking.comBed was very squeaky, so we keept waking up in the middle of the night due to noise of the bed and additionaly noise of appartment above us.Also there was noise of refrigerator. There was really bad smell of something like dog's pee and mold (which was also visible in the corner next to airconditioner). The worst thing was bathroom where we found mold on shower curtain and there where no strainer on drain pipe. Bathroom 1/10. We know that this is a cheap stay and didn't expect anything extraordinary, but we can't understand that someone rents appartment but can't replace the old moldy shower curtain with new one, which costs less than 10.There is no private parking you will park car on the street.One thing that we really can't understand is how this appartment has 8.4 rate on Booking.com. Maybe the one on the first floor is better.
